Mark your calendar for a fun-filled afternoon at Picnic in the Park on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 at the Glenora Community League from 3PM–7PM.
This family-friendly event brings the community together with food trucks, live music, games, and a bouncy castle—something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re coming for the entertainment, the food, or just a relaxed afternoon outdoors, it’s the perfect way to kick off summer with your neighbours.

Tennis & Pickleball Tournaments + Lessons!
We're excited to welcome YEG Pickleball to this year's event, who will be hosting beginner-friendly pickleball lessons. Pickleball & tennis tournaments will also be part of the day's action. Whether you're a seasoned player or have never picked up a paddle, come out and give it a try!
Pickleball Tournament
Grab your partner and get ready for a fun filled day while connecting with your community! Join us for our Pickleball Tournament Fundraiser on June 13th. We will have two Categories: Mixed Advanced and Mixed Intermediate.
Every registered team is guaranteed 3 games, plus you'll receive complimentary drink tickets and raffle tickets!
Prizes for the top two teams!
Registration: $100 per team
Please sign up as a team. Coordinate with your partner before registering and submit your entry together. Only one person per team registers.
Tennis Tournament
Grab your partner and get ready for a full day of tennis, fun, and community! Join us for our Tennis Tournament Fundraiser on June 13th from 9 AM to 9 PM. Every registered team is guaranteed 2 games, plus you'll receive complimentary drink tickets for the Beer garden and raffle tickets to some amazing prizes!
Registration: $100 per team
Please sign up as a team. C coordinate with your partner before registering and submit your entry together. Only one person per team registers
First match will be between 9am - 1pm.
Second matches 1-5pm.
Single point elimination contest at 5pm
Semi finals and finals 6-9pm
Prizes for top two teams!
Tennis Single Point Elimination Contest
Join us for a fun single point elimination contest on the tennis court during a break from the tennis tournament at about 5pm. Each player will play one point at a time, winners move on until there are only two players left - whoever wins that point wins a prize!
Participants will get a ticket to enter in one of many great raffle prizes!
All funds will go directly to the redevelopment of the Community League Building.
Pickleball Lessons
Join us for Pickleball Lessons with YEG Pickleball’s qualified instructors! Whether you’re brand new to the game or looking to sharpen your skills, these sessions are a fun and supportive way to learn the fastest-growing sport in North America.
