HOW GLENORA COMMUNITY LEAGUE MEMBERS CAN BOOK THEIR COURT ONLINE
The Glenora Community League has partnered with the EFCL & Communal to offer you an online portal for your community league membership and associated programs and services. This allows us to automate communication and bookings to provide you with an easy way to access the community league benefits. Please read on for a step-by-step guide to booking your courts online.

STEP 1- HEAD TO COMMUNAL WEBSITE
Head to the Glenora Communal website on your desktop or mobile device. When you click the link it will automatically redirect you to the membership page if you are not logged in to your portal.
On the mobile app, click the top right hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) to open the menu. On your desktop, click the upper lefthand corner that says Login.

STEP 2- LOG INTO YOUR PORTAL
Click Login on the menu and add the login details that you used when you paid for your Glenora Community League membership. If you do not have an active membership, you can purchase one HERE. If you do not remember your login details, please press Forgot Password to have instructions sent to your email on how to reset your password.

STEP 3- HEAD TO FACILITIES
Once you are logged in, it will take you to your Membership Dashboard which will show you your active memberships.
Once again, click the hamburger menu (3 vertical lines) in the top left corner on your mobile, or look to the menu on the left-hand side of your desktop and click Facilities, the Create Booking.

STEP 4- SEE BOOKING AVAILABILITIES
Once you open the booking availabilities, you will want to choose either Pickleball Courts- Members-Only Bookings or Tennis Courts- Members-Only Bookings. If you choose the Public bookings, it will limit the availability and charge you for the bookings.
As long as your membership is active, your booking will not cost you anything.

STEP 5- PICK YOUR COURT & TIME
Once you open the booking availabilities, you will want to choose either Pickleball Courts- Members-Only Bookings or Tennis Courts- Members-Only Bookings. Click View Details. If you choose one of the Public bookings, it will limit the availability and charge you for the bookings.
As long as your membership is active, your booking will not cost you anything.
Scroll down until you see a calendar. Pick the date you would like to book. Members may only book 7 days in advance.
Once you pick a date, the available time slots will appear. We book per court so please refer to the diagram on the site to choose which court to book. Click on the available time slot of your choice.

STEP 6- CONFIRM & COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING
Assign the booking to the appropriate member of your membership and add any other member that may be joining you.
Confirm all the details of your booking and click Confirm Booking.

STEP 7- VIEW & MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS
Once you are all booked in, you can click View My Bookings on the confirmation page or click My Bookings under Facilities in the menu. It will show you all your upcoming bookings.
Click on your booking to see full details and manage your booking. From this page you can also cancel your booking. Please refer to the Courts page for cancellation policy. We ask that you cancel no later than 2 hours before your booking to offer other neighbours to book. Repeated late cancellations by members may result in suspension of booking abilities.

STEP 8- YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL
You will receive an email with your court booking information as well as all pertinent information for accessing the courts, including the court code. We will be changing the court codes periodically to ensure we don't have any abuse of our new system so refer to your booking confirmation for the most up-to-date court codes.
This should give you everything you need to book and access the tennis and pickleball courts as a member of the Glenora Community League.
If you have any issues with your booking, please contact communications@glenoracl.com. If you have any issues accessing the court, please contact sports@glenoracl.com.
We know this is a new system and there may be some bumps getting used to it, but we know it will make things more accessible to our members and easier for our volunteers to manager. Thank you so much for your contribution to the Glenora Community League. We hope you have a great time on the courts.
